Description of the company’s warehouses – name; warehouse operator; type of warehouse – logistics, forwarding, customs, etc.
Maintenance of tariffs for each warehouse;
Description of storage cells in the warehouse – warehouse, zone, row, column, etc. Generation and printing of a barcode for each cell;
Creation and maintenance of item nomenclature for each warehouse and Warehouse Operator/Client;
Deliveries to the warehouse – Warehouse Manager selects the warehouse for unloading, and the goods (units of measure) to be received, inspected, and directed further are visualized;
Generation and printing of barcode labels for goods entering the warehouse;
Goods acceptance via mobile device scanning – counting upon receipt and entry of all necessary parameters, logistics information, attaching photos and files;
Packaging detail depth in this zone – 3 levels:
– Transport packaging – pallet, crate, etc.
– Intermediate transport packaging – carton, box, pack, etc.
– Retail or final unit of measure – piece
Storage duration of goods is based on client request and/or long-term contract;
Inventory tracking and reporting, with the ability to create item nomenclatures according to the client’s own nomenclature, including batch tracking and expiration monitoring for food products;
Monitoring of goods positioning;
Shipment of goods – Goods can leave the warehouse as a complete shipment or in parts (individual packages, pieces, etc.), with the corresponding documents issued for each full or partial dispatch;
Upon dispatch/release of goods from the warehouse, additional charges for storage, TPL (Third Party Logistics), and others are recorded if applicable;
